The hotel location was very convenient, close to the main train station. It allowed easy access around the city. the staff was friendly, i found them cooperative . rooms had nice decorations, i appreciated the attention to detail. the hotel offered easy access to the underground metro station, very close to the building, and many markets are across the street.
the breakfast was basic, the selection remained the same each day i found and that was not enjoyable , i think it should improve.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. I saw many options to choose from. the dining area was clean and well-kept. the staff kept the buffet stocked, i think they were very attentive to guests.

The staff was polite and helpful. They gave great advice. the front desk staff assisted with directions, i liked the efficiency. laundry services were available. This added convenience to my stay.

The room was spacious. I appreciated the extra space for luggage and relaxation. the bed was very comfortable. It ensured a good night's sleep. the bathroom included all necessary amenities, it was clean and well-stocked.

I found a couple of things less than stellar. the bathroom lacked soundproofing. It reminded me of the toilet was right next to the bed (a bit awkward, you know). also, the absence of a fridge at first was annoying. I had to request one and waste time on that. these details.
